This is a transferable NFA Briefcase that I was able to have the rare opportunity to film a quick review. It was registered before 1986 meaning it is completely legal to own by anyone with a clear background check the same as you would own a suppressor or Short Barreled Rifle.
It was manufactured by International Firearms Inc before 1986. Most likely for military or Secret Service intent.
The metal plate that everything is mounted on is registered as the machine gun auto sear. It seems that the electronics have been recently updated (the same as you could update your trigger system on a rifle).
Weighing over 11 pounds loaded, the case consists of a mounted (but easily removable) Ruger MKI, linear motion solenoid, electronic motor driver, laser aiming module, and 12 volt battery.
It is activated externally but flipping the switch with powers on the driver and aiming laser.
Then it is fired by depressing both buttons on the handle. One with a thumb and the other with your index finger.
